I am primarily a business and keynote speaker.
I began speaking to audiences over 20 years ago when I worked with young people though an international programme based on human rights education and the importance of personal responsibility.
Having developed a keen interest in technology, and its implementation in the business world, I developed a successful social/internet media platform in a niche but lucrative and competitive customer landscape – the wedding industry.
My overriding passion has always been communication, it’s simplicity and it’s power. On this subject I have done numerous presentations on the lost art of communication.
In recent years I turned my attention to bringing my life experiences to the corporate environment and I developed a particular passion for the infinite possibilities afforded by the rise of social media for business, social activism and communication at all levels.
In partnership with change agent (the other) Michael Jackson I developed a social media presentation for business – Talking to the Crowd. Through the process of this development and researching social media intensely I saw how this would change how we do business forever and the urgent need for businesses in Africa to have solid strategy and policy for the platform.
I live in Johannesburg and travel the country speaking on social media and working with businesses to develop their social media strategies, policies and implementation.
